FOAK Crew Store Terms

These terms apply to purchases from the FOAK Crew online merchandise store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies presented at checkout.

Products and availability

We try to display products, colors, descriptions, and pricing accurately. Screen settings and made-to-order production can cause minor color or placement differences. Products and variants may be changed or discontinued without notice.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory, payment, pricing, fraud-prevention, shipping, legal, or fulfillment issues. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes and shipping charges are added when applicable. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment begins.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy are part of these terms. Because merchandise is made to order, cancellation, return, and exchange options may be limited after production begins.

Promotions and FOAK Crew segments

Unless the official rules for a specific promotion say otherwise, buying merchandise does not provide an entry, improve the odds of winning, or create eligibility for Jackpot Jar, Chips Giving, or any other FOAK Crew promotion or segment. Any promotion will be governed by its separate official rules and applicable law.

Personal use and intellectual property

Store content, FOAK Crew branding, artwork, and product designs are owned by or licensed to FOAK Crew. Products are sold for personal use and may not be reproduced, resold as counterfeit merchandise, or used to create derivative commercial products without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or security features, submit fraudulent information, or violate applicable law.

Third-party services

The store relies on third parties including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and Printful. Their services may be subject to separate terms and availability.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FOAK Crew is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or merchandise. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when an order is placed governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
